1. Overview
PDF parsing is designed to run locally in Chrome using the document selected by the user.
PDF files, table text, exported CSV files, and spreadsheet rows are not uploaded to Agentizze for extraction.
The extension does not sell personal data and does not use document content for advertising.
2. Controller and contact
Agentizze is responsible for the website, licensing, downloads, and support flows connected to PDF Table Extractor. Privacy, support, and deletion requests can be sent through the Agentizze contact page.
3. Data processed locally
PDF Table Extractor is designed to process its core workflow on the user device whenever possible.
- PDF files selected by the user for table extraction.
- Extracted table text, coordinates, copied rows, CSV output, and local extraction history.
- Usage counters and license status stored by Chrome on the user's device.
4. Chrome permissions
The extension requests only the permissions needed for the product workflow, licensing, and user-triggered actions.
- storage: Stores extraction preferences, usage counters, recent local history, and license state in Chrome storage.
- permissions: Requests optional host access only when needed for user-approved PDF workflows.
- optional https://*/*: May be requested by the user to process PDFs opened from specific HTTPS pages.
- https://agentizze.com/*: Connects to Agentizze pages and APIs for downloads, licensing, checkout, and support.
5. Data sent to Agentizze
The extension may contact Agentizze services for operational features that cannot run only inside Chrome.
- License, checkout, and portal events needed to activate or manage paid access.
- Technical events such as install, download, activation, error, or support interactions.
- Contact information voluntarily submitted through Agentizze support or checkout flows.
6. Payments and third-party processors
Agentizze uses selected providers to operate the extension website, downloads, licensing, checkout, analytics, security, and support.
- Chrome Web Store and Google Chrome for extension installation, updates, permissions, and browser storage.
- Stripe for paid checkout, billing, invoices, and customer portal management when the user upgrades.
- Hosting, analytics, database, and security providers used by Agentizze to operate the extension website and APIs.
7. Retention and deletion
Local extension data can be cleared by uninstalling the extension, clearing Chrome extension storage, or using any in-extension reset controls when available. Agentizze keeps operational, billing, license, support, and security records only as long as needed for service operation, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
8. Advertising and data sale
PDF Table Extractor does not sell personal data. Core extension content is not used to build advertising profiles. Agentizze website pages may use analytics, security tools, and advertising technologies as described in the general Agentizze Privacy Policy.
9. User choices
Users can uninstall the extension, revoke optional host permissions in Chrome, clear local extension storage, cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal when applicable, or contact Agentizze for privacy requests.
