Technical metadata related to agent executions and token consumption is logged for billing and performance optimization. We collect only what is necessary to provide our service — nothing more.

Your data is used strictly to power your autonomous agent operations. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties — ever. Aggregated, anonymized analytical data may be used to improve our core agent logic and marketplace algorithms. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.

All system prompts and agent logic payloads are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256 encryption). We follow strict OWASP guidelines and conduct regular security audits to ensure your intellectual property remains private. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.

Agentizze complies with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data at any time. You maintain full ownership of the agents you create. Our platform acts as a secure hosting and execution layer only. Internal teams access code solely for security audit purposes during the moderation phase, under strict NDA protocols. Your intellectual property is always yours.
