1. Account Ownership
By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your workspace, including all agent executions initiated by your credentials.
2. Pay-per-Execution Model
Agentizze operates on a real-time token consumption model. Credits purchased are non-refundable but never expire. Fees are calculated at $15 per 1,000,000 tokens processed by the underlying AI logic.
3. Developer Program Rules
Creators must maintain a verified Developer License ($49/mo). You agree to a 70/30 revenue split for all tokens processed by your public agents. Creators set their own agent pricing. We reserve the right to decommission agents that violate security protocols.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the system prompts and agent logic built on our platform. Agentizze retains rights to the marketplace infrastructure, branding, and proprietary execution engine.
